Casterline Gallery is pleased to present All the Horizons Hold, paintings by Danielle Procaccio, on view October 1 – December 1, 2026, at 621 Fifth Avenue South, Naples. The exhibition continues the series first presented by Casterline|Goodman Gallery in Aspen from August 10 to September 10, 2025, and brings it to the Gulf Coast.
The horizon is her abiding subject, the place where earth meets sky and stillness meets transformation. Her linear skyscapes, rooted in oceans, plains and mountain ranges, are built from long horizontal bands of colour. Pale skies of grey, aqua and silver drift toward a single warm line, coral in Awake My Sail and Line of The Fading Sun, gold in Gulf of Mexico, before settling into deep blue water. The horizon stays fixed, a quiet anchor, while the colour and light above it keep changing.
Two paintings travel from the Aspen viewing room, Gulf of Mexico and Carolina (both 2025). Gulf of Mexico now hangs a few blocks from the water it is named for. They are joined by horizons not included in Aspen: Dawn at Desert Ridge and Awake My Sail (2026), Line of The Fading Sun and Boundless Blue (2025), and the earlier Evening by The Water (2012).
For Procaccio, painting is a spiritual practice, rooted in memory, emotion and reverence for the natural world. As the Aspen presentation put it, “Each painting holds space for both what is constant and what is always changing.” Her own aim is that each viewer be “struck with their own emotion or distant memory.”
Procaccio (b. 1972), a self-taught artist based in New York, has exhibited since 1995 and has shown with Casterline|Goodman Gallery in Aspen since 2017.
All the Horizons Hold is on view in Naples through December 1, 2026, an invitation to pause, reflect, and feel all that the horizon holds. Please contact the gallery to inquire about available works.
